The Central Wyoming College volleyball team swept a pair of league opponents on the weekend.
Head Coach Tiffany Stauffenberg was proud of the way her team blocked on the weekend.
Saturday they swept LCCC in Cheyenne.
The Rusters won 26 to 24, then 25 to 21 and 25 to 18.
Kristan Cornia had 9 kills with 2 blocks. Tiffany Wilde added 9 kills and 4 blocks. Maja Kirkman went 7 kills and 6 blocks. Chaisley Gill added 14 digs while Carolina Santana recorded 5 kills and 3 aces with 4 digs. Brooke Tolman had 32 assists, 7 digs.
On Friday, the Rustlers beat Eastern Wyoming in Torrington by scores of25 to 19, 20, and 19.
Cornia led with 15 kills and 3 blocks. Wilde had 13 kills with 6 blocks. Maja Kirkman had 8 blocks.
Tolman went for 35 assists and had 12 digs.
CWC travels to Rock Springs on Wednesday, the first, to take on Western Wyoming College at 7 pm. They then hit the road to Miles City and then Glendive, Montana, on the weekend.
