Two Riverton boys were arrested on several charges Friday morning after Riverton police officers were called to a fight in the parking lot of an apartment complex in the 800 block of East Adams Avenue. Charged in the incident were: a 15-year-old for possession of marijuana, minor in possession of alcohol (MIP) and interference with a peace officer; and a 16-year-old for MIP and disturbance. The 16-year-old registered a blood alcohol content (BAC) of .30, nearly four times the legal driving limit of .08, and tallied his ninth arrest and fourth for MIP. Eight other individuals were arrested on alcohol-related charges within the past 48 hours.
