LANDER, Wyo. (AP) - Wyoming residents are closed-minded, disagreeable and not very conscientious compared to people in nearly every other state, but at least they're not very neurotic.
That's according to a new study of the personalities of more than 600,000 people from all over the United States.
The researchers looked at the prevalence of 5 personality traits.
The study ranks Wyoming second to last for openness to new experiences and third to last for agreeableness. Wyoming residents are fourth to last in conscientiousness.
Wyomingites did much better for neuroses, or how prone they are to anxiety and stress. Wyoming ranks 15th in that area.
The study was published in the journal Perspectives on Psychological Science.

I disagree with the study!
And for some reason I don't feel very conscientious all the sudden.

They are so wrong, and nothing they say will change my mind about it! (heehee)

Good, so maybe no one will move to Wyoming...and will just leave us to our close-minded, disagreeable selves. Because as far as I am concerned I'll take being close-minded over neurotic ANYday! Thank-you very much! Elly
