Sens. Barrasso, Enzi vote against bailout

The U.S. Senate approved a $700 billion rescue package for Wall Street aimed at preventing a credit crisis Wednesday night.

Wyoming's two Republican Senators were among 9 Democrats, 13 other Republicans, and 1 Independent who voted in vain against the package.

Wyoming Rep. Barbara Cubin voted in support of the legislation when it failed to pass the House on Monday.

Both Senators said they were undecided on how the would vote only hours before the roll call.
