34 year old Toysy Anthony Smith of Riverton was sentenced in Federal Court on May 1st, by Chief Federal District Judge William Downes for being a drug user in possession of a firearm.
Smith received 1 year and 1 day in prison and 3 years of supervised release.
The case was investigated by the Fremont County Sheriff’s Department and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives
