CASPER, Wyo. (AP) _ Casper College hopes to build a new center for training and development, a new student union and a new music building over the next five to seven years.

In addition, college officials say they also plan to build new residence halls and renovate several existing buildings.

Altogether, the projects add up to about $100 million.

Construction won't start until the college completes funding. About 40 percent of the funding could include a bond measure before voters in the fall.

College President Walter Nolte says the Casper college has turned some prospective students away because there isn't enough space. New majors have not been added to the curriculum because there isn't room.
