Fremont County has several qualifiers for the National High School Finals Rodeo in Farmington, New Mexico, in July.

Dahl Nicholls was the State Champion team roper for a third consecutive year. After two years of teaming up with his cousin Chance Nicholls, Dahl teamed up with Chance's younger brother Corbin to win the title this year. Dahl and Corbin were the State Champions this year and go to nationals in the #1 spot from Wyoming.

Devin Nicholls will go to Nationals in three events. The soon to be Riverton High Junior will go in the team roping with Moorcroft partner Cole Robinson. She'll also go in the pole bending and the breakaway.

Calli Krassin is the top qualifier for nationals from Wyoming in the breakaway. She'll also go to nationals in the goat tying.

Other national participants from Fremont County include: Tom Osborne, steer wrestling; Riley Krassin, calf roping; Nolan Eckhart and Frank Enos, team roping.

Frank Liss is an alternate in the saddle broncs.

Dahl Nicholls was the Boys End of the Year All Around Runner Up. Wheatland's Tyler Willis was first. Reagan Scott of Douglas was the girls All Around champion with Megan Belus of Buffalo second. Cole Robinson of Moorcroft was the Rookie of the Year for the boys with Sarah Davison of Sundance winning the girls Rookie of the year.
